The Patient Advocate for TJ Regional Health strives to improve patient satisfaction, enhance quality of care, and promote patient rights by facilitating communication with physicians, nurses, and all other hospital departments and employees.
This service is available at no charge to all patients in order to ensure that your stay or visit at any of TJ Regional Health’s locations is as convenient and comfortable as possible. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your care, treatment, or services provided, please bring this to the attention of your physician, nurse, house supervisor, other staff, or the Patient Advocate. As health care providers, our goal is to address and resolve any concerns or answer any questions you might have in a timely, reasonable, and consistent manner.
