Language Assistance

In compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and Executive Order 13166 and The Office of Civil Rights Final Rule 1557, T.J. Regional Health offers interpreting services free of charge for patients with limited English proficiency or hearing impairments in order to communicate effectively with patients and meet their needs. 

The hospital utilizes a team of certified medical interpreters that can provide virtual remote face-to-face interpretation and/or telephone interpreting services to ensure accurate and safe patient communication, care, and treatment.
