Patient Advocate

The patient advocate serves as a liaison between patients and the T.J. Samson Community Hospital staff. Patient advocates strive to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and promote patient rights by facilitating communication with physicians, nurses, and all other hospital services

This service is available at no charge to all patients in order to ensure that your stay or visit at the hospital is as convenient and comfortable as possible. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your care, treatment, or service provided, please bring this to the attention of your physician, nurse, house supervisor, other staff, or the patient advocate. As health care providers, our goal is to address and resolve any concerns or answer any questions you might have in a timely, reasonable, and consistent manner.

You may also call the Patient Advocate for information regarding advance directives.
