Kidney Care

It’s estimated that one in ten adults has some level of chronic kidney disease, and the number of cases is growing. T.J. Samson’s recently expanded Kidney Care Center is growing, too, to meet this demand.

Our Kidney Center is an outpatient dialysis facility located in the T.J. Health Pavilion . The Kidney Care Center consists of 25-station hemodialysis units, fitted with:
  • New dialysis machines that offer an extensive, efficient, easy-to-use, integrated dialysis system.
  • New treatment chairs for maximum comfort
  • Individual televisions for dialysis patients undergoing treatment

The facility also has an advanced water purification system ensuring excellent water quality for dialysis.

The expansion enables us to accommodate more patients at appointment times that are convenient for them. And while they’re here, we strive to make their time comfortable and efficient, because we know how life-altering kidney disease can be.

Kidney disease can be a byproduct of diabetes, immune-system conditions, inflammation, congenital defects, drugs, or toxins. Regular appointments with a primary-care physician can determine risk factors and symptoms in a timely manner.

Sujata Reddy, M.D., serves as medical director for the Kidney Care Center and as a staff nephrologist at T.J. Samson Community Hospital. Dr. Reddy is board-certified in internal medicine and nephrology.

If you have questions, concerns, or are in need of kidney care, please contact us for an appointment.
