Family Medicine Center

The T.J. Samson Family Medicine Center provides total patient care for the whole family. The Center serves all ages by providing care for children, adolescents, and adults. More than 14 physicians work within the facility to provide complete care for our patients.

T.J. Samson Community Hospital is also fortunate to have—right here, on its campus—the University of Louisville Residency Program, only one of seven such programs in Kentucky. This three-year program trains residents to become family practitioners under the guidance of local physicians. These residents work with local physicians to fresh ideas, innovations, and skills to care for our community.

Between the residents and the physicians, the Family Medicine Center is well-equipped to handle significant patient volume—more than 8,000 patient visits per year.

Additional features and services include:
  • In-office laboratory
  • Minor procedures
  • Cardiovascular testing

We work with multiple insurance companies and individuals regarding payment options.

Patients enjoy the friendly, compassionate atmosphere that accompanies the quality care they receive. Please call us to schedule your next appointment, or to ask additional questions—we’d love to hear from you!
