Our Services
Surgery
At T.J. Samson Community Hospital, we perform more than 6,500 surgeries annually. More than half of our surgical patients go home on the same day as their procedure due to the state-of-the art surgical technology available at our facility.
At our hospital the entire team is focused on providing
the highest level of personal care and making your stay as
comfortable as possible. From friendly faces in admitting
to knowledgeable anesthesiologists who care for you and answer
your questions to the professional surgical and recovery
nurses, our staff is focused on you and your family. Our
physicians have outstanding credentials from some of the
finest medical institutions in the nation. Their capabilities
range from the latest minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures
to complicated bone and joint surgery.
Pre-admission services are conveniently located on the first
floor of the hospital and are available Monday through Friday
from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The friendly, competent staff
in pre-admission will welcome you and ensure that all your
registration paperwork and lab work is handled smoothly and
with your concerns in mind. Our pre-admission nurses also provide
individualized patient education so that you fully understand
what to expect before, during and after your procedure. They
also will give you tips for making your home recovery faster
and more comfortable.
