Our Services
Patient Advocate
The patient advocate is a liaison between patients and the T.J. Samson Community Hospital staff. Patient advocates strive to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and promote patient rights by facilitating communication with physicians, nurses and all other hospital services.
This service is offered to all patients, because we want to ensure that your stay or visit at the hospital is as convenient and comfortable as possible. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your care, treatment or service provided, please bring this to the attention of your physician, nurse, house supervisor, other staff or the patient advocate. As health care providers, our goal is to address and resolve any concerns or answer any questions you might have in a timely, reasonable and consistent manner.
You may also contact the patient advocate office at (270) 651-4242 or (270) 651-4282. You can lodge a grievance with the state agency directly at (502) 564-2800.
