Clinics: Fountain Run Clinic
The Fountain Run Clinic is dedicated to providing continuous, compassionate and comprehensive care to each patient with support and education for the patient and family through all stages of illness, from diagnosis to final treatment. The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and offers services to patients of all ages from pediatrics to adults. The clinic accepts appointments however, walk-ins are welcome.
The Fountain Run Clinic is an outpatient care service provided under the direction of a licensed medical doctor and an advanced registered nurse practitioner licensed in Kentucky. The clinic provides services for acute and chronic illnesses, such as:
- Routine office visits.
- Annual gynecological exams.
- Preventive medical
- Annual physicals for school, employment, adoptions and CDL’s.
- Aspirations of joints and effusions.
- Cryotherapy.
- Removal of foreign bodies in the eye and/or skin.
- Simple in-office procedures
- Certain in-house laboratory tests.
- Patient education.
The clinic also refers and schedules appointments with other health care professionals when necessary and obtains diagnostic tests, outside lab services and preauthorizes diagnostic testing and medications.
