Adult Day Health Care
T.J. Samson Adult Day Health Care is located at the Central Center Shopping Center, behind the T.J. Samson Educational Resource Center. Services are offered to people with dementia, who are developmentally physically and/or mentally challenged and individuals who need assistance throughout the day.
We offer day services including safety monitoring, meals, snacks, outings, parties, gatherings, personal care, medication administration, daily activities, crafts, exercise, music and gardening. Funding for participants is provided through Medicaid, BRADD donations and private pay. Space is limited so call (270) 651-4743.
